Xi’an ActionPower Electric, a Chinese manufacturer and supplier of automated testing systems and programmable power supplies, has released a new series of PCL electronic loads among its categories of power supply and automatic test equipment (ATE) systems.

The new PCL programmable electronic load delivers modular power up to 6 kW and is available in a rack system to reach a maximum power of 60 kW at 30 U size.

The PCL electronic loads achieve voltage of 0.025% + 0.025% F.S. and current of 0.05% + 0.05% F.S., in addition to a 500 kHZ sampling rate, fast current response time at 20 μs dynamic mode up to 20 kHZ to provide the technical foundations for dynamic testing, calibration and performance analysis against DUTs that may range from power supplies to semiconductors, medical devices, aerospace devices and automotive.

 The PCL series electronic loads are configurable for 150 V, 600 V and 1,200 V ranges, and 2,400 A maximum current range per unit.

They include pre-programmed multi-step test sequences for complex automated procedures and controlled battery and capacitor discharge and instant short-circuit simulation.
