ZAPI GROUP has announced new high-voltage, high-power charging solutions aimed at OEMs working on industrial electrification. The primary offerings include liquid-cooled 7.2 kW and 22 kW onboard chargers compatible with 400 V and 800 V battery packs. Samples of these chargers will be made available for system fit and interoperability testing soon.
The new chargers feature modular architecture with integrated Power Line Communication modules, DC-DC converters, and advanced digital controls. These technical elements are intended to boost adaptability and enable OEMs to customize systems for demanding environments.

In addition to the new chargers, ZAPI GROUP is showcasing the DCC3 converter—a compact, ruggedized DC-DC converter engineered for flexibility across construction and electrified mobility applications, with integrated cybersecurity—and the ACH3 inverter, a third-generation high-voltage inverter offering customizable control software to improve performance.
