MG Motor has officially launched its highly-anticipated electric flagship SUV, the MG M9, in India at an ex-showroom price of ₹69.90 lakh. Aimed squarely at the luxury EV segment, the M9 blends opulent features, cutting-edge electric drivetrain technology, and an ultra-premium cabin, setting a new benchmark for electric SUVs in the country.
At the heart of the MG M9 is a 90 kWh NMC (Nickel Manganese Cobalt) battery pack, delivering an impressive claimed range of 548 km on a single charge—placing it among the longest-range EVs currently available in India. It features a powerful electric motor that produces 245 PS of power and 350 Nm of torque, ensuring brisk performance and effortless highway cruising.
For charging, the M9 supports fast-charging capabilities, allowing the battery to charge from 30% to 80% in just 30 minutes, making it highly practical for long-distance travel and city commuting alike.
