Bengaluru-based EV startup River has set a new benchmark in customer assurance with the launch of an industry-leading 8-year / 80,000 km extended warranty for the battery and motor of its Indie electric scooter. The extended warranty will be available starting October 1, 2025. Importantly, River has ensured inclusivity by making it accessible not only to all new buyers but also to existing Indie owners who purchased their scooter on or after April 1, 2025.
